The Journey of Building a Product is about to start

Dan Glogoveanu

Building systems that function — not just pass tests.

Why I do this

I didn’t become an engineer to write code in isolation.
I became one to build things that exist in the real world — systems that interact with physics, people, and constraints that cannot be ignored.

Over time, I learned that engineering is less about tools and more about judgment.
About knowing when to push forward, when to stop, and when a compromise turns into a risk.

This page is not a list of technologies or skills.
It’s a journey through decisions, trade-offs, and responsibilities — shaped by real projects, real consequences, and determination.

From Concept to Production

Industries & Companies

Automotive, energy systems, embedded platforms and connected products — domains where engineering rigor meets real-world impact

Projects & Products

From early concepts to production-ready systems, I’ve worked on products that had to survive real customers, real constraints, and real deadlines.
